tvN has confirmed that its eight-episode drama ‘The Second Signal,’ the sequel to the 2016 hit ‘Signal,’ will premiere on December 7, 2026. The network said it tested AI-based replacement options for actor Cho Jin-woong but decided not to use the technology because of concerns about performance and narrative continuity.
